About Spark
Spark is the only youth empowerment program in the nation with a one-on-one apprenticeship model that engages and empowers middle school youth in their education. Spark arranges professional apprenticeships for students in their "dream job" that are complemented by a leadership curriculum, workshops and field trips. The Spark experience creates a sense of relevance for students, and inspires students to envision their futures and develop the skills and confidence necessary to be successful in life.

How Recchiuti is helping
