In this dark, velvety bar Michael Recchiuti uses milk and hazelnuts as vehicles to unleash new flavor profiles in chocolate. Toasted Oregon hazelnut pieces are coated in Burnt Caramel syrup and sea salt and then toasted again. When added to the Dark Milk chocolate the result is bold and deep.
