| Q: | How long will my Recchiuti Confections stay fresh? | |||
| A: | By the time your order gets to you, the confections are less than one week old and at their peak. If you’re able to control yourself and savor them slowly, use the following storage guidelines:
Chocolates and Pâtes de Fruits: 4 weeks in an airtight container stored at or just below room temperature. Refrigeration is not recommended. |

| A: | Serve Recchiuti Confections at room temperature. This brings out the full character and bouquet of each chocolate. We recommend pairing with still spring water. | |||

| Q: | What does “% cacao” mean? | |||
| A: | This measurement indicates how sweet a chocolate is. Lower percentages mean sweeter chocolate. Technically, “% cacao” refers to the amount, by weight, of cacao bean plus cocoa butter in chocolate. The remaining weight is mostly sugar. | |||
| Q: | Do you make anything that is low in sugar or sugar-free? | |||
| A: | Our Bittersweet Bar is only 15% sugar and our Fève Bar is less than 15% sugar. However, we do not make anything that is sugar-free. | |||
