|Freshness, Storage & Tasting:|
|Q:||How long will my Recchiuti Confections stay fresh?|
|A:||By the time your confections arrive to you they are at their peak freshness. If you are able to control yourself and savor them slowly, use the following storage guidelines:
1 week: Vanilla Bean Marshmallows, S'mores Bites and S'mores Kits.
2 weeks: Pates de Fruits, Truffles and Fudge Brownies.
2 months: Asphalt Jungle Mix, Burnt Caramel Almonds, Burnt Caramel Hazelnuts, Candied Orange Peel, Cherries Two Ways, Hazelnut Bar, Key Lime Apples, Key Lime Pears, Malted Revolutions, Peanut Butter Pearls, Peanut Butter Pucks, and Peppermint Thins.
6 months: Almond, Orchard, and Sesame Nougatine Bars; Caramels.
10 months: Bittersweet, Dark Milk, Feve, and Semisweet Bars; Dessert Sauces; and Dark Hot Chocolate.
Store at or just below room temperature. Refrigeration is not recommended.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: The Vanilla Bean Marshmallows in the S'mores Kit are meringue-like and caramelize very quickly. To prevent burning, please watch the marshmallows closely, refrain from placing too close to the heat source if broiling.

Our goal at Recchiuti Confections is to completely satisfy all customers. We stand behind everything we make and guarantee that our chocolates leave our facility in peak condition. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for items that are not damaged or defective. (For non-perishable items, we will provide refunds or exchanges for all items.) If, for some reason, you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
For items purchased online: We are happy to send you replacement items or to refund the original purchase price (excluding shipping). We cannot be held responsible for the following: delays caused by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control, incorrect or incomplete addresses input by the purchaser on the original web order.
