Do I need an account to order?
No, you can place an order without logging in. However, having an account will allow you save your billing information, track your order history and create an address book of recipients for future orders.
When will my order be delivered?
When you specify a preferred delivery date while checking out, we will schedule your shipment to arrive on or as close to that day as possible. (Please see shipping information).
How do I choose when my order will be delivered?
During the checkout process, a dropdown menu lets you choose when you’d like your order to arrive. Please note that due to holidays and weekends, some days are not eligible for delivery.
How/when will I get a tracking number?
On the day your order ships, you will receive an email from FedEx with a tracking number. You may also contact us (1-800-500-3396 or email firstname.lastname@example.org) with your order number, and if the package has been shipped, we can look up the tracking number for you.
Shipping to several addresses?
To send shipments to multiple addresses simply select the item and enter the name of the recipient in the "Or Add Nickname" field on the product page. When you click "Add to Bag" your items will be sorted into separate shopping bags based on the "Nickname" you previously entered. Finally, proceed to "Checkout" to enter the individual shipping addresses. Please make sure to leave your name in the gift card so the recipient will know whom to thank.
What if no one is present to sign for the package?
If you did not select "Require a signature for delivery" while checking out, the FedEx driver will, in most circumstances, leave the package without a signature. If you did require a signature, the driver will make two more attempts on successive business days before returning the package to us. Can I change an order I've already placed?
In most cases it is possible for us to change an order if it has not yet been packed and shipped. Please call us at 1-800-500-3396 or email email@example.com and we will try to accommodate your request.
Can I create a custom assortment?
Custom assortments can be created exclusively at our Ferry Building Store in San Francisco. We invite you to visit us there! For web and phone orders, we can only ship the items listed on our website and in our catalog.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Is my information kept private?
You bet. Every piece of information you provide to us is kept completely secure and is intended for the sole use of Recchiuti Confections. We will never, under any circumstances, give or sell your information to anyone.
