Chocolate Artbar Workshops
Location: Recchiuti Kitchen, San Francisco
When: September 8 & October 27

Join Michael in the Recchiuti kitchen to create one-of-a-kind chocolate works of art and learn how to hand-paint with fluid, tempered chocolate using brushes, piping bags, and squeeze bottles. Guests will start by illustrating chocolate images and designs by piping with dark chocolate. Guests will then paint their artwork with a palette of tinted cocoa butters, creating a personal chocolate masterpiece. Michael and team will then cover the artwork with Recchiuti's custom blend semisweet chocolate and cut into individual chocolate bars for guests to take home and devour!

No chocolate expertise needed. A very limited number of tickets available.

Teambuilding Chocolate Artbar Workshops
Location: Recchiuti Kitchen, San Francisco
When: Bookings available year-round. Call for availability.

We're sweet on team building! Work together to create a delicious bite of art during a Chocolate Artbar Workshop. Paint with tinted milk chocolate colors to create a chocolate canvas while re-connecting with your team over cheese, charcuterie, and wine. Your team’s creation will be cut into individual chocolate bars to take home (and devour!) The Artbar Workshop must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance.  Guittard Chef Series | Panning and “Snacking” Chocolate
Location: Guittard Chocolate Studio, Los Angeles
When: September 17 - 19, 2017

Join Michael Recchiuti and Culinary Director for Recchiuti, Amanda Snouffer for a three-day hands on class exploring the art and science of layered chocolate snacks and panning. Students will learn the basic rules for panning various centers and gain a firm grasp of techniques for creating enrobed bars and “snacks” and the variety of layers within each, including caramels, pate de fruits, praline, marshmallow, and ganache.
