I loved this bar great chocolate and almond flavor.
I love your confections. I’ve been purchasing them for the past year. My recent order included a second supply of the Pate de Fruits and the S’mores bites. I treat myself after lunch or dinner and love the colors of the fruits and the delicious combination of marshmallow and chocolate. I have always loved marshmallows, so when you graciously forwarded a $10 gift after I purchased the first order, I decided to splurge and order the Vanilla Bean Marshmallows and the Cherries Two Ways. Indeed, they did not disappoint. I love the contrasting taste of the two cherries and the marshmallows melted in my mouth; As you can see, I’m not a chocoholic, but I love very dark chocolate. I do hope at some point you will create new candies with very dark chocolate. I ordered your Bittersweet Bar and that was delicious, but I’m not sure which individual candies are the dark chocolate. Our Cherries Two Ways includes a combination of dried Sour Morello cherries from Michigan and candied wild Amareno cherries from Italy. Drenched in dark chocolate and coated with a light dusting of cocoa powder, these make for our favorite sweet and sour profile.
