I first didn't know anything about your chocolates until visiting the Ferry Building, where I love going. Your employee was excellent and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the chocolates and the geography of the city and the Bay Area. (She shared that she is from Sonoma Valley.) I took these chocolates as a gift to my Uncle and Aunt, who live in the East Bay. They greatly appreciated this gesture and remarked that these were premium chocolates. We are from Venezuela, so I especially liked the fact that the name of Venezuela is written on one of your pieces.

Our Cherries Two Ways includes a combination of dried Sour Morello cherries from Michigan and candied wild Amareno cherries from Italy. Drenched in dark chocolate and coated with a light dusting of cocoa powder, these make for our favorite sweet and sour profile.
