theLab is an experiential space by Recchiuti where artisans, neighbors and co-workers come together for pop-up events, team-building, and one-of-a-kind dining experiences. theLab started from Michael and Jacky's desire to bring together their small Dogpatch neighborhood around a love for local craft and food. It is a place where local brewers like Almanac Beer Company fills your glass with locally-brewed ales, Mark Bitterman enlightens you on the history of international salts and bitters, and companies like Google and Udacity gather to put a sweet spin on the meaning of teambuilding.

Paint with tinted milk chocolate colors to create a cohesive chocolate canvas while re-connecting with your team over cheese, charcuterie and wine. Your team's creation will be cut into individual chocolate bars to take home with you.
