Fleur de Sel Caramels


Delicate floral notes of Fleur de Sel (a rare French sea salt) draw out the caramel's rich, smoky tones. It's their perfect balance of salty and sweet that led them to be named one of the best handmade chocolate-covered salted caramels by The New York Times.

Fleur de Sel Caramel Brownie


We enrobe pieces of our Fleur de Sel with our special blend of Recchiuti 64% dark chocolate. Right before we bake these in-house brownies, we sprinkle Fleur de Sel pieces on top to achieve the perfect balance of intense brownie, hint of caramel, and Fleur de Sel.

Almond Bar


To make our Burnt Caramel Almond bar, we coat almonds in burnt caramel before toasting them a second time, and adding them to the chocolate, and finishing it all with a sprinkle of sea salt.

Our office and shipping department will be closed on Monday, May 29 in observance of Memorial Day.

All Standard and Express shipping orders placed Weds, May 24 – Sunday, May 28 will ship on Tues, May 30. Overnight orders placed on Weds, May 24 will ship on Thurs, May 25. 

Our retail store at the Ferry Building will be closed from Mon, May 29 through Weds, May 31 for maintenance. Store hours resume on Thursday, June 1.
