Marketing & Business Development Manager

Position Summary

The Sales & Marketing Manager is an integral part of the Recchiuti team that ensures consistent messaging and brand strategy is executed company-wide. The Sales & Marketing Manager reports to the Owners and supervises the Sales Supervisor, Sales Leads & Marketing Operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing & Budget Planning

  • Assist in creating annual Sales and Marketing plan for Corporate, Wholesale, eCommerce & Retail Sales Channels
  • Work with Channel Sales & Finance team to monitor sales channels’ progress towards sales goals
  • Create and monitor Marketing expense budget and monthly P&L’s
  • Provide marketing plan to meet unit sales projection goals based on channel sales strategies

Marketing Manager Duties

  • Assist Sales Supervisor & Channel leads (retail, wholesale, and corporate) and Owners in the developing of marketing plans that increase brand awareness and sales, and create loyalty.
  • Manage sales and marketing agenda and company-wide marketing timelines
  • Work with third-party Online Advertising team to create and monitor year-round paid advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with Owners to plan needs for annual photo shoots
  • Collaborates with Owners on 2023 company-wide rebranding initiatives
  • Maintain in-house media library and brand assets. 

Sales Manager Duties

  • Responsible for client outreach to increase corporate sales and retention.
  • Meet sales goals for the corporate business segment and maintaining wholesale accounts.
  • Develop business with new corporate customers that are on our target list and that come in as leads.
  • Develop and implement new business gifting programs and customer retention strategies for both corporate and wholesale clients.
  • Manage over Sales Leads who are the liaison between Corporate and Wholesale customers and Customer Service to seamlessly execute exemplary service, executing business gifting orders from beginning to end.
  • As part of the Leadership Team attend and participates in all Leadership as well as Sales & 
  • Marketing meetings

  • Creative copy writing and messaging
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Intermediate Adobe Creative Suite Skills
  • E-mail Marketing platform experience (Mailchimp, MailerLite, Constant Contact, etc.)
  • eCommerce platform experience (Shopify desired; BigCommerce, WooCommerce, etc.)
  • Social Media platform experience (Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
