Michael Recchiuti considers himself an alchemist and artist. “Chocolate is a unique balance of precision in science and the flexibility to bend into any form or flavor,” he explains. “You can melt, blend, mold, sculpt, pipe and brush it, pretty much as you can with any other art medium.” Only better, because you can eat these beautiful little works of art.
