Ice cream + chocolate + beer? Yes, please! Make our version of an Ice Cream Float on a warm summer evening. We use vanilla ice cream and our favorite nitro stout from San Francisco, but feel free to use your favorite local ingredients!

Melt chocolate in the microwave until it's about 104 F and melted. If you don't have a thermometer, heat the chocolate in slow increments and stir until melted and smooth.
Heat the Burnt Caramel Sauce and heavy cream together in the microwave to about 104 F. It will have a smooth and creamy texture.
Combine melted chocolate and caramel mixture and blend with an immersion blender. Add 2 oz of stout to the mixture and blend.
Scoop 2 or 3 scoops of ice cream into a tall glass and pour chocolate mixture over ice cream. Top your glass off with more stout and enjoy!
