Smooth, creamy, coffee-forward. The Café au Lait Bar is coffee and cream in bar form, built on a white chocolate base so the coffee stays front and center. A latte chocolate bar for anyone who takes their coffee seriously.
Made in collaboration with Linea Caffe, the San Francisco roaster, we fold finely ground coffee into buttery white chocolate for a mellow, milky-coffee character with soft notes of vanilla and praline. A touch of fleur de sel (French sea salt) keeps the sweetness in balance.
The result is a coffee chocolate bar that tastes like a slow morning, the café-inspired option in our core line, and an easy gift for any coffee lover.
