Key Lime Pears

I served these wonderful and beautiful Chocolate Key Lime Pears with my roasted balsamic Anjou pears last night at our dinner party. Our friends were thrilled to be treated to these delicious and special chocolates! They have a delightful crispy texture, a devine rich flavor and they look so lovely. I also liked the exquisite packaging as that added to the experience of indulging in a special treat. I will be gifting these over the holidays. Thank you for making them!

Best chocolate I've ever had

I routinely buy Key Lime Pears in season but I also buy truffles for Christmas gifts. The lucky friends and family who receive them rave about them - and have now come to expect a repeat every holiday season. The website makes purchase easy and the shipping is quick - although very expensive unless you're buying several boxes (I realize that's because chocolate is perishable but its a lot if you're like me and just want to enjoy one box at a time). Anyway, my only slight grievance is that you sell out on some key selections well in advance of the holidays! I realize you're perennially on the New York Times best Christmas gift list - but maybe a warning if supplies are getting low??
